I don't think it's weird, I've just gotten out of the habit of it and don't really think I want to get back into it - especially in the context of breakfast type shit. If I were to try to cut out carbs, but still do this, it'd be skim milk and no sugar cereal and shit, which just seems awful, so I'd rather just not.
I'm mostly "fasting" from whenever I eat dinner, around 6pm most nights, until nearly 11am-12pm, which works well enough, and saves me the trouble / money of that meal.
