being serious, I think this is a really interesting political anecdote because of the difference between what she's trying to communicate ("us out in the rural land have to make hard decisions about animals sometimes") vs what she accidentally communicates. That is, that she's terrible at managing or training animals and she literally just kills things that don't meet her expectations. The reasons for killing the animals are centered around her ego. The dog embarrassed her and didn't listen. The goat got her kids' clothes dirty.

Yeah, any farmer / animal handler worth their salt will immediately recognize this as not only monstrously cruel, but also completely incompetent.
Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read.
