Cibophobia is usually about specific foods, but at the most extreme end it could apply to food in general.

rabies and water

when I was a kid I wouldn't eat any food that was mixed together or touching but I'm pretty sure that's just a spectrum disorder thing. I got over it once I was about 20

I don't know if there's one for the body horror of consumption in general, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I have known people with specific phobias. I know a girl who has a genuine phobia of chocolate.

I don't know if it counts as a phobia, but I refuse to eat any food that I know my dad has prepared or touched because he doesn't wash his hands. Ever.

There's also sitophobia which means the same thing. It must be pretty common if there's more than one word for it. Actually, I have some issues with food too and used to be anorexic. I still have to force myself to eat sometimes.
