It's rated PG but they show a dude get fatally shot with blood coming out, and then there's a 10 minute sequence where they're dragging around a dead body like it's weekend at Bernie's lol

Yeah, it was from the early 90s, and completely unrelated to the live action/CGI one that released later.

It's weird that Boris and Natasha got a standalone live action film before Rocky and Bulwinkle.

I corrected that.... it's the actress from the film not the tv show. Not sure what I was thinking there lol... Loretta Swit was Hot Lips on the tv show.
