Arresting press like that is pretty clear and cut 1st amendment violation. With speech there's various bullshit like obscenity, sedition, threats, abuse, and other things that can cancel out your right to free speech but there's no such restrictions with press. They can pretty much do anything as long as they aren't trespassing.
100%...... I'm Jewish but people have the right to protest the involvement in Gaza as long as there is no violence. They have the right to do it. If we have them arrested, who are we? are we no better than those we are fighting? Where does it go from here, whats next?
