There's some areas who are so small that the only way they can get games without ordering them online is through GameStop.
So in this scenario it is either move or be shit out of luck.
If they live in an area with a Gamestop I'd think there's at least one Walmart.
Ordering online will always be cheaper so I don't see an issue there. I've hated Gamestop ever since I saw how little they give for trade-ins and how much they resell them for. It's barely worth the cost of gas driving there. I know they have to make a profit, but it's a little extreme.
