why are English dub anime womens voices always so fake and excruciating

At a fundamental level I don't take this complaint seriously because it's always made by someone who doesn't understand Japanese. They mistake their inability to tell bad voice acting in a language they don't know for being better acted.

im talking about the voices themselves

people always like to say this line, they like this line so much in fact they use it when it isnt relevant
