do you have any hobbies where you think you'd get weird looks if you told other people about them?I might have a good resource for you. There are some out of copyright Home catalogs from the 20's and 30's on the internet if you look hard enough. I made a few in sims 4 that came out decent
or do you have any hobbies that are really niche like stamp collecting?
mine is that I really like to look at home listings online and then try to recreate 3D models of the homes in Blender. I also recreated all of my furniture and like to furnish the 3D model homes with my modelled furniture to see how it'd look if I moved there.
I even imported a few into Unity, put in a first person perspective controller, and added stuff like interactive light switches, TVs that can play shows I have stored on my HDD, interactive fans, trees, wild life, etc. there's one that has the basis of a farming sim (the house listing was on a 4 acre lot, so I built a mini farming game in it to see how life as a farmer at that house would be)
I've told a few people about that and they said it's weird and kind of creepy.

Collecting and wearing vintage clothing. Not so much today but I was really into it ten years ago. I think I have clothing from ever decade of the 20th century minus the 1920s.Personally I think thats pretty damn cool
Amateur firearm enthusiast. I enjoy trying to educate and assist others, especially people who inherited things they know nothing about.That's super cool and admirable. Lots of people who inherit guns just turn them in because they've never owned one before, despite it being a pretty personal item for whoever owned it before. It's a shame.

It's a shame.Thanks. I honestly get a little perplexed when the people who have the most to fear are also the ones most reluctant to at least learn basic use and safety; even if they never buy one. But its everyones own choice to make, I just offer help for those interested.
not really a hobby, more of a gross habit. i like scraping the gunk out of my toenails and smelling it because occasionally it smells almost identical to Parmesan cheese. i am a clean person who showers at least once a day, sometimes twice and never wear clothes more than once without washing
Reloading as a guess. Got into it cause I keep buying firearms chambered in hard to find calibers.Hey! I got a .458 SOCOM and 8.6 Blackout. What are your most unusual calibers? I really want to start reloading eventually, but still trying to get a spot set up for working inside my house. Hopefully by the end of the year Ill be going at it.
