This information warfare rhetoric is hypothetical and is xenophobic fearmongering. There's no evidence it's being used criminally or dangerously. And this can apply to any Chinese business. Do you just want to ban all Chinese businesses? Is that what you mean by saying Chinese people just need to base their businesses in the US? What about refusing Chinese exchange students?
You can deal with China in a reciprocal fashion without impacting the rest of the world.
If they want to be facists, treat them that way. When they want to rejoin the rest of us and play by the rules, the let them.
