I get that, but even bad cards in a bundle of 4 or 5 cards get sold for $50 from wizards of the coast.

Really sounds more like a box for collectors than for anyone who actually wants to play competitive Yugioh. A lot of the cards in that box are garbage in comparison to modern yugioh.

My guess is this was made for causal yugioh fans that only watch the anime, I usually see a non legal set of the Egyptian God cards go for around $10 which is crazy overpriced.

Causals to this day see the God cards and cream their pants, they must think the cards summon real life dragons and are instant wins.
