I never played any Watch Dogs, but it seemed like it got worse and worse as the series went on.I think it just didnt know what it wanted to be. The first game seemed to have a pretty clear vision, but people shitted on it so the second game flipped a 180 and tried to fit in with the cool kids. That didn't work either so the next game did something completely different.
