unironically i dont think ive encountered non-nsfw content on that website
I understand a host not wanting certain content on their site. But an external ban? In the name of morality or avoiding what's icky? Those deviants are still gonna have deviant urges. If you eliminate the fake stuff, they're more likely to act on the real stuff. They're not going to stop being creeps because you say that they should.
the left is just as puritanical as the religious right, except they use phrases like "the male gaze" and objectification" as excuses
We have to replace all the people that died during COVID so our birth rate doesn't fall too far.
Anime babes can't repopulate America.

That is oddly and remarkably specific compared to your other examples.
More payment processor bullying. Patreon ain't too far behind with it's wanting of the rule that your characters in your art will have to consent. Fictional characters will have to consent to sexual activity. This how you know media sanitization is beyond stupid. You can't be serious.
is this also a result of the visa/mastercard puritanical crusadeYeah

You can't be serious.Oh yeah lmao it's true.
Fictional characters will have to consent to sexual activity.What.

Yeah, I'm not familiar with all the sites, but apparently payment processors are pressuring most sites that have lewd anime content. I think that's both morally and politically wrong. Payment processors shouldn't have so much power.
I legit thought it was primarily a NSFW artist site....Is it not? o_o
...Is it not? o_oDepends on what you click on, really. IIRC you have to manually enable viewing 18+ content, and even then a fresh account will mostly show you SFW works. But if you mostly view NSFW content its algorithm will start showing more of that.

You can't be serious.Yep. A lot of giantess/size artists and producers are affected by this, because many giantess/size interactions (crushing, vore, etc.) are inherently nonconsensual.
I'm guessing payment processor bullying is why Deviantart updated their ToS last year and started purging fetish artwork and going on an account banning spree right afterwords.Yeah, that's likely what happened. It lines up with everything else going on.
Did they actually do anything to US and UK users? I don't care to test it.depends on who you follow/look at. Some artists pages will show nothing at all but have hundreds of posts. Switch to a non-UK/US region and they reappear. Only really affects NSFW viewings. Think of the children and (my) God; man!
