I haven't personally seen the content the TC is talking about, but if it's bordering softcore porn, we aren't exactly being honest about it "just showing some skin."
If YouTube is going the OF route, then it needs to lock such content behind an age consent wall. Advertising also needs to be regulated because again, people talk "watching your kids" as if it's the 90s.
Some are age restricted. Some aren't. Some are just topless.Some show gentalia and change during the video.
No one has named a name so far. So I have to assume naming these channels are against the rules so can't give examples of everything.
