JK Simmons new movie as a rampaging murderer

If he's doing this then I want to see JK Simmons fight Stephen Lang's Don't Breathe character as another villain/anti-hero.

There doesn't seem to be anything anti-heroic about this character Simmons is playing. He's pure villain.
