There's millions of empty homes. Something like 10% of the market.

Those homes have numerous hidden cost that are well above anything the low and middle class can afford.

And even if they could.its fucking Baltimore, theres plenty of other affordable places to live.

Not saying this isnt the right track though, it could work. But likely only for the young and healthy.
