Tale of Two Wastelands obviously. But beyond that I've never really played these two games modded. Any noteworthy ones?

I just go to nexusmods and sort by unique downloads or trending

I would recommend the CONELRAD mod. It just adds a bunch of goofy period music and alerts to the radio so you don't go mad from the default stuff.
