I wonder if the cleaning simulator genre is a sociological experiment to get kids excited about cleaning, making them wanting to become a custodial later in life? The Tom Sawyer effect
I need to go back to that game, there's a bunch of new maps.
I wonder if the cleaning simulator genre is a sociological experiment to get kids excited about cleaning, making them wanting to become a custodial later in life?Nah, it just gives that dopamine hit a lot of people get from "oddly satisfying" type videos. I worked for the city for a summer and got to use a sandblaster. Watching the paint come off and leaving the bare metal behind triggered something in my brain where it was so relaxing and fun to do.
The only problem with it is that the thresholds for completion are bunk. Dont fucking clear the roof when I still have a massive chunk left, but then make me take ten minutes to search for the one dirty atom on a single grain of rice.
