Haven't we established that Presidents can't "pre-pardon" themselves for crimes they have not yet been accused of committing?
Whether or not Presidents can pardon themselves for anything should not even be a question at this point. To give anyone the ability to be their own judge and jury is absolutely insane and spits in the face of our delicate system.
