Andrew Weissman mentioned that the judge could rule on a delayed jail time for violating the gag order. Basically after the trial Trump could spend time in jail.

I think the judge will also rule that either Trump can not use social media, or his lawyers are responsible for monitoring his social media usage.

That makes sense. It would punish him, but also not allow him to make himself some sort of martyr during the trial.
