bought a couple boxes of nutri grain bars because the store had them on display right when I walked in and they were on sale.

these are probably less than 50% of the size they were last time I bought them. I could literally eat this shit in one bite if I wanted to.

Watch out for any changes in the design of the packaging for any products you regularly buy, because that kind of change usually happens at the same time the package gets shrunk in size.

Population is also just too defeated and divided to even protest over any of this too. They have riots in France yet we just sit back and take it every time. We've given up and have no spirit left.

Same realization this week.

I had the macros of a protein almond bar memorized. Had been buying them for years. They seemed kinda smaller lately.
