I have a nurse coworker, short and shapely, French and Latina. She's always teasing me about this and that; facetiously accusing me of things I didn't say or do or making a mountain out of a molehill with a smile on her face. Then there are other things like her running her nails down my back, getting super close when talking, or having a little more excited tone of voice and higher pitch when talking to me. If I were anywhere near her league, I would think she was flirting. She's not. She's just innocently teasing her little workplace buddy.
I feel like a simp on a leash.
She has a few extra pounds -- all in the right places. I could afford to lose 50 lb. in fat and build 10 to 20 in muscle. And I'm at least five years too old for her. She makes me want to believe I'm Fred Flintstone or the fat guy from Hitch. That doesn't happen in real life.
It's probably for the best. If she were into me, I'd hate to think of how out-of-control the humiliation stuff could get. <_<
