What's the optimal way to grieve? Trying to speedrun this I need tips

Serious note, I will 100% not get over grieving in all forms. But what I can do is hold my promise to keep this place going, take care of the property and such and not bend the knee if the banks or IRS get a wiff of the shit they left behind...
