In it's place will be a giant video ad that is immune to ad block and you can't get rid of it.
That's how it is on IMFDB. There's an autoplay video at the top of every page that follows you down as you scroll and I've never been able to block it.
At least pausing it causes it to leave my screen as I scroll.
