yr: 'Since CE couldn't behave with the new rules we are shutting it down'

I honestly don't get why CE needs to be cordoned off, and then have additional rules placed on it.

Like if most of the website can't even come here anyway, what does it matter what goes on in here (save for illegal stuff, obviously)?
