I keep wanting to watch this show
I didn't even know it was still a thing. Good to hear because I loved the comic.
I read the comic in highschool. Enjoyed it tbh. Never seen the show tho

The show is pretty good imo so Im looking forward to S3.

I remember S2 dragged a bit since the whole split plotlines thing doesnt really work when the kids in the prison arent really compelling to follow and it takes forever for the others to get anything done. Like didnt they spend half an episode just looking for a cassette or something? And then the last episode culminating in ONE airplane assaulting the prison was just silly.

TBF the comic itself is only 40 issues. So it's not like there's a whole lot to adapt. Though they did drag their feet quite a bit in season 2 and added characters/plotlines that weren't in the source material IIRC
Nothing can beat season 2 when Bobby shows up in a god damned tank
Cover your knees up if you're gonna be walkin' around everywhere.
I wish they had stuck more closely to the source material. Other then the basic premise, they changed so much that they could have renamed the characters and shuffled the species of the kids and it would have been it's own original thing instead of wasting the money on the ip rights.

True. Other than the kids' names/design and the militia leader and his brother I don't think there was a single thing from the comic in season 2.
