While I do think GP Legend and GX were better, Max Velocity is still very much worth a play.
There's a difference between canon and not-stupid.

No, that would be F-Zero Climax. Which is also the final F-Zero game made if you don't count F-Zero 99.

There were two. The one for GBA was F-Zero Climax.

The other one barely counts as its own game, according to some sources I disremember now. It was called BS F-Zero Grand Prix or something like that and it was pretty much just the original with a little extra content.
There's a difference between canon and not-stupid.
