Reddit isn't designed to support multiple simultaneous chronologically-organized discussions. It's a system of promotion and suppression by design, and its threads devolve into mazes of reply chains that are impossible to keep up with for any in-depth discussion.
Frankly, it's a terrible option if you aren't looking to drastically upturn the status quo and general experience that this board has enjoyed for the past two decades.
