Someone creating a message board would probably be the most likely thing to get people to migrate to. Discords do not work for well for anything beyond a few people chatting.

Honestly, maybe it's time to let it go? If CE itself is gone I think the community should dissolve. Some things just aren't meant to last forever. And I think any successor board/Discord is going to be short-lived anyway.
