Vivian was trans in the original. She regularly referred to herself as female and called herself a sister. The other characters and the bio referring to her as male is to highlight that shes AMAB but she clearly identifies as female which the other characters also eventually accept.Only in Italy. That's the Italian arc. Which is better no doubt, but the rest, aside from the US, treat Vivian as a joke.
