Everything from TMNT to MLP has had a Ghostbusters tie-in. Literally all that you have to do is put a character in a Ghostbusters uniform and, boom, instant crossover.

That's not a licensed property -- unless you're talking about Castlevania or the Universal Monsters version of Dracula.

Alternatively Transformers had some good amount of ones. Even as early as encountering Spider-Man (Still in his alien costume), G.I.Joe, MLP, Star Trek and Back to the Future and I think Terminator.

No, that would be bathroom safety precautions.

But also as an aside, TMNT haven't been lacking either, though funnily enough they did also have Slimer and Michelangelo in Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue.

Also, also, Egon had a one time acknowledged brother (I think I heard a comic mentioning the bit) in The Earth Day Special (1990). Elon Spengler of Trashbusters. Which like CA-SttR also had Bugs Bunny.

Hatsune Miku by far.

just not in America
It might be Scooby Doo as they had a series back in the 70s that was nothing but crossovers.

And besides the crossover movie with Batman The Brave and the Bold, there of course is "Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?", plus Scooby-Doo Team Up which would have both DC heroes and other Hanna-Barbera characters.

Also the Batman and Scooby-Doo Mysteries maxi recently got relaunched as a monthly book.

I have a personal cross over with Ghostbusters. Slimer is the name of a very important body part
I don't believe in belts. There should be no ranking system for toughness.
Nah, that would be Scooby-Doo.
