Without watching the video and only reading the headline it reminds me of what I would do in GTA V. People that were close to my bumper I'd drop the hook and it would automatically tether to their car haha. It was pretty funny doing it to cops.

Also business name checks out. "Specialty towing" That it is, that it is.

Was this really unprompted? I feel there's more to this story, but regardless there's no justification for trying to tow a car while it's being driven like that. It's technically kidnapping and I hope the tow truck drivers gets heavily penalized for this shit.
