Hasn't this always been that way? Everyone was driving when I was a junior/senior in high school. And I don't think bad driving is tied to any certain age demographic, it's pretty widespread across all ages. In my experience, young drivers are usually the most aggressive, old drivers are usually the slowest, and middle aged people are a mix of dumb and aggressive.
