Pretty much. I remember when Malcolm X had a conversation with the Grand Wizard of the KKK. He said that they wouldn't be able to hide behind their hoods. The Wizard replied, "We won't need the hoods. We will be hiding in plain site as your police, judges, politicians and everything else."
