That depends on what sense youre asking about.

From a quality standpoint, oh hell yeah, itll probably be worse than Skyrim already was. It will be like every post-Morrowind game Bethesda has done: wide as an ocean, deep as a puddle.

From a financial standpoint, oh hell no, itll be the best selling game of whatever year it releases unless it happens to coincide with a Zelda game or something.

It's always been about making a system that can be heavily modded so the community can expand things. I expect that to continue
