I feel like despite Windows dumbing down the OS and making it idiot proof, it still slows down after like a year or so, and you need to just pull the plug and do a complete reset.

Only when upgrading to a newer version of Windows (clean install) or when I have another good reason to like Windows being FUBAR.

For instance, Im contemplating doing it soon because I havent been able to get the AMD chipset drivers to update in 2 years and its pissing me off.

Only when I upgrade the OS version. So not too often.
