York of Lewis and Clark - they lied to us

I never heard of York. I have heard of Lewis and Clark. It should maybe be Lewis and York with his owner Clark.

History teaches us how the world works. It is a distortion to give Clark credit for the accomplishments of York.

Wow I never knew of this either

York deserves a blockbuster film based on his accomplishments. When Clark got back he was supposed to free York and let the man have a life of his own. Instead Clark gave York away to be used for hard labor.

Huh. Neat. Guess this is the thing I learn for today. Despite living in the area it took off from, don't know much about the whole expedition. Was some fun light reading and Clark sounds like a ****.
