as a rule I keep my speeds 10km/h (20km/h if bad weather) under the speed limit or just on the speed limit at absolute most under best possible conditions, in urban areas I keep with the flow as long as it doesn't go above the speed limit or the weather conditions are bad, I always keep it safe as first priority
