Yea there are conspiracies that are no longer conspiracies because they were proven true.
Conspiracy isn't a word that means unproven or crazy idea.

And a conspiracy theory doesn't in itself mean the ideas of a crackpot either, it just refers to someone having a theory that an event was caused by a conspiracy
