What's the purpose of a dinner when a bonus is actually beneficial and will be more highly regarded by the employee making them more likely to stay longer and leading to less staff attrition?I did get a bonus ($2500). The dinner is in addition to that, for myself + a guest. This place has $80 steaks, so thats like another $200 on top, since drinks are included too.
