I recently did a watch-through of Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears. The only adult female bear who isn't elderly is a barbarian ("Barbic") named Ursa who expresses a desire to destroy the human race.

She gives up on her goal after her intended "ultimate weapon" proves too dangerous for bearkind, but she still doesn't value human life by the end of the series. She does come to respect on human who passes a test of bearhood and saves her life in the process.
