If you are genuinely uncomfortable providing your pronouns because, for example, you're not quite ready to out yourself publicly, then no, I wouldn't call it disrespectful. On the other hand, if you're a stubborn knob pretending you don't know that pronouns are a basic part of speech, refusing to acknowlege that you absolutely do have pronouns that you prefer, and throwing a hissyfit at a work function because I guess you can't be bothered to spend a second of your life on something that might make other people feel comfortable and included, then yeah, kind of.
