Yeah. All of Vegeta's kills turned out to be for the better. Cui, Appule, Dodoria, Zarbon, Guldo, Recoome, Burter and Jeice were all working the real big bad. The only villainous kills Vegeta ever made were the people at the World Tournament but that's the equivalent of Sasuke killing a bunch of unnamed samurai at the 5KS.Vegeta also killed a lot of innocent namekians so that was kinda fucked up
