Treating it as a largely normal sunday, so just visiting the parents for our normal dinner. I think my mom wants to have some ham, so I guess there's something sorta related.

It's weird my dad usually cooks a ham for Easter and I have to say that if you've tried sodium cured ham and been put off by the saltiness of it you haven't had good ham. A properly cooked ham should be slightly sweet and savory.

End ham rant.

My family is catholic and do that stick to the catholic diet thing during lent but on Easter we meat the fuck out. Burgers, chicken, ribs, sausage, bacon, ham
