Yeah, no...I don't buy it.That's certainly a bold stance when confronted with actual factual reality.
Congrats! You don't have have image problems because of the pressures of media. Your experience is not the experience of everyone on Earth.Yes we can't have representation of women with double D's because it might hurt somebody's Feefees
Yes we can't have representation of women with double D's because it might hurt somebody's FeefeesThat post was talking about you and the other guy, not Tara Strong.
That post was talking about you and the other guy, not Tara Strong. But that's the subject matter in case you haven't realized. It's that attractive women just shouldn't exist in video games because it'll hurt somebody's self-image even though these women with these body types exist in real life. I swear people with this mindset must be like an ostrich with their head in the sand when they go to the beach or the pool.
Literally aimed directly at you .
Try again.
But that's the subject matter in case you haven't realized. Please keep dodging just because you know the previous poster is correct.
Please keep dodging just because you know the previous poster is correct. They're trying to make the problem of the minority into the majority. People with those issues just need to go see professional help not have the entire video game industry catered for them.
Please keep dodging just because you know the previous poster is correct.
I'm not sure how advice advising designing characters without exaggerated proportions means that attractive video game characters can't exist.Shhh, dont distract them while theyre in the thick of battle against a cadre of strawmen
I'm not sure how advice advising designing characters without exaggerated proportions means that attractive video game characters can't exist.
They can both exist. Just don't act like you're doing the world a favor when you do.
I'm not sure how advice advising designing characters without exaggerated proportions means that attractive video game characters can't exist. That'd be okay if it weren't for the fact that their idea of exaggerated proportions are delusional.
That's certainly a bold stance when confronted with actual factual reality.Works just fine, thanks? I still stand by what I said. The gaming and entertainment industries are not your therapists. It's not their job to coddle people's body image insecurities. Work on that shit yourselves.
Let's see how it works for you.
That'd be okay if it weren't for the fact that their idea of exaggerated proportions are delusional.

what an unhinged postNah.
For men it's hard to avoid being self-conscious about balding. Is it really hard to believe that media has impacted this perception?
What if the entertainment industries are aware of the potential negative impacts and are making changes on their own accord in an attempt to make a more positive impact from their work.
You mean like when a troll who never played the game tweeted at Ubisoft over Assassin's Creed Valhalla about a bandit burn victim?
It's that attractive women just shouldn't exist in video games because it'll hurt somebody's self-image even though these women with these body types exist in real life.

"Go be depressed elsewhere. I need my spank material, and any other media that isn't that leaves me uncomfortable."Talk about beating up strawmen, lol. Why is it always about "spank material" with you people? Anyone and everyone with access to the internet can find more porn to wack at than you can live long enough to do with. And if we want it in games, there's plenty of them on Steam or elsewhere to find. That's not the issue.
Why is asking for a diverse representation of body types in the face of an onslaught of negative media portrayals of unrealistic body types that's proven to injure mental health in millions so terrifying to you?
This topic is a still going?yes mario
Do you mean Microsoft?Like if I think of exaggerated proportions I'm thinking of a woman with massive milkers.
What's an example that their idea of exaggerated proportions are delusional?

People like attractive characters. People like unrealistically attractive characters, and they like playing as them in video games. People like sex appeal, even if it's not pornographic in nature.
And I personally prefer to not have boring, bland, "realistic", and/or ugly characters (and art direction in general) in my games and entertainment, just as any other normal people would. Un-sexy and unappealing will never be popular or profitable. That's all I'm saying.
Talk about beating up strawmen,
People like unrealistic looking characters. People like attractive characters. People like unrealistically attractive characters, and they like playing as them in video games. People like sex appeal
Un-sexy and unappealing will never be popular or profitable.
Aesthetically pleasing characters in video games will always exist and be preferred,
Like if I think of exaggerated proportions I'm thinking of a woman with massive milkers.
The above is not exaggerated but pretty common and you can find thousands of women with these proportions in everyday life just with more clothes on.
Pretty sure I heard that the point of giving these developers these guidelines is to start transforming the companies at their core to do the job of consulting firms like SBI so they don't have to pay them but can still get funded.
I'm not really sure what an internet troll has to do with companies making these decisions on their own accord
That's stupid. Shut up M$, just because you're micro and soft doesn't mean I can't be macro and hard. That joke was so bad that it killed my high. Hope your proud of yourself.
