Awesome action, a lot less Kwan, finally introducing the Flood. The Reach episode is probably the best the show will ever be. It wouldve been damn near perfect if Master Chief had his fucking armor.

iirc both of them are "special" humans that can operate Forerunner shit

not sure if they retconned that by S2 though, haven't finished it yet. In the games, ALL humans can operate Forerunner shit.
