If I can run it on my pc, surePS5, Series X/S, and PC only. :/
I suppose I could just get the ps4 version tho
From everything I have seen it looks like more of the same, and that to me is a positive. Sure I hoped for the ceiling but I'll take "more of the same" because I personally love what was delivered before and thought the battle system was simply awesome and a load of fun. This looks like more of that.
So yeah I'm excited but I'm still not going to play for a year or two until I know any DLC or expansion is out. I do this with all games like this, Dragon Age, Witcher, Elder Scrolls and so on.
Yeesh getting a lot of negative reviews for performance which will get fixed but more importantly you can't apparently delete your character and start a new one and they charge to make a new one or change their appearanceYou also get a penalty for reloading to save scum. Something about less health. Dev is kind of a dick tbh

I think not being able to make a new save or delete your preexisting one is stupid. I'm guessing it's stored server-side and has something to do with the pawns? Still, seems like a thing that could be easily remedied. If you are unsure if you'd like it, you could always buy Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen, it's graphics are dated but it still plays great.
Tbh seems to me like the performance issues are an RE Engine thing. Could be wrong but this is the only open world game built on it, right? And DD isn't really known to be a polished game. I'm still on the fence whether I should get it now or on sale. It looks like a good game despite the quirks. I get the complaints about the microtransactions but that's something I'd never engage with anyway.
