I was really excited to go see Dune but they turned me down when I tried to buy a ticket for one. I tried to tell them my girlfriend would be meeting me in the theater (not true but it was the best I could come up with on short notice) but they didn't buy it and I had to be escorted out by security.

How are you guys getting around these new no singles policies? I hope they don't start spreading to other things like restaurants.

If I have to go to the trouble of finding a lady to go to the theater with me, don't get upset when she goes all Lauren Boebert on me.
Every day I wake up and promise I will be nice to everyone, then I deal with people at work and remember why that will never happen.
