Given its adherence to Nazi ideology, is it time for a 28th amendment to abolish the Republican party and ban its likeness? Germany managed it. Is the "greatest country" and "leader of the free world" less capable?

No. If were amending anything it should be to eliminate the Electoral college. Everything else will take care of itself after that.

Fair point. Might also be good to amend a certain standard of public education.

No, you also need non-partisan redistricting, and some other civil rights legislation that I don't have the time to go over at the moment (damn work). Otherwise, we're going to keep having the same issues with extremists hijacking parties.

My grand idea for an amendment is to add a third senator per state so that every state has a senatorial election every cycle.

Midterms without a senate election stink.

The House should be significantly increased in size as well, but that wouldn't need an amendment.

Oh, that, or 18-year terms for SC justices with staggered appointments every two years.
Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less.

How is Germany law written for reference?

I feel an amendment to the first would work, just add in it doesnt protect hate speech

but I do think it being a popular vote or removal of winner takes all would lead us down a better path.

@K181 not sure if a third senator would help anything. Likely make things worse.
