So your solution is for people to make less money a week? Because that's what would happen if you lower the amount of hours in the work week while not either raising hourly wages or lowering the cost of living. I mean, I guess those people can find a 2bd job but that would make lowering the hours in the work week moot.
I would assume anyone being paid hourly at this point would be converted to salary, especially since many jobs that hit 40 hours a week already are salary. Did you not even consider this?
