Show of hands who actually does 40 hours of real work in their 40 hour work week
There are only 3 productive hours a day for most 8x5 workers. Six on any given day is just lucking out.
People fought and died for the 40-hour week, and we need to be thankful for that. But technology has become such that we don't need 40 hours anymore to be just as productive.
Employers need to figure that out and stop exploiting the labor pool.
